This included the development of a commercial plan that outlined a robust sales and marketing strategy, tailored to effectively promote their offerings. Additionally, the programme provided strategies for entering new markets, helping SIARP expand its reach and capitalize on emerging opportunities. A targeted sales list was also created to engage new customers, ensuring focused and strategic efforts in growing their customer base and driving sustainable business development. Through the Innovation Net Zero programme, we reviewed various opportunities to help SIARP reduce carbon emissions. This included optimizing data centers by using energy-efficient servers, migrating to cloud services powered by renewable energy and promoting green procurement with an emphasis on sourcing energy-efficient hardware.
